Gyukatsu Rose is a new Japanese restaurant offering a unique dining experience centered around Japanese Gyukatsu—a delectable flash-fried breaded beef cutlet served with a hot stone grill—and now also featuring our new Maguro Katsu Set (Bigeye tuna cutlet).

Gyukatsu Rose operating hours differ from East End Market’s usual hours. We are open Thursday - Sunday from 3:00pm - 10:00pm.

Gyukatsu Rose is located on the first floor of East End Market in the Audubon Park Garden District.
